On the evening of Kate's birthday we opened presents and ate cupcakes. Kate got a water table, her very own Dora chair, and Claire picked out and bought the lawn mower with her own money (she did chores to earn money so that she could buy Kate a present - she did a bad job on the chores and was grossly overpaid. But it was really cute that she thought about Kate.)
During cupcakes we stripped the girls down to bottoms only and let them go to town.
