Home Improvement Weekend

We had two projects going on this weekend. We were removing the wallpaper from our downstairs bathroom and repainting and also pulling out old bushes along the back of the house and putting in a new walkway. We had lots of help from our two best helpers. Claire especially liked to help me in the bathroom.

Go Mizzou!!

Eating some Mizzou cookies after a big game. As you can see by Kate's face they had a lot of black icing on them.

Sledding

We got just a little bit of snow, so of course the girls wanted to go out and play. Daddy took them sledding. Claire had a great time, but Kate didn't like it too much. She kept falling down and couldn't get back up. Mommy bundled her up a little too much.

Claire wrote her name!!!!

Josh and I have been working with Claire to write her name. Today we were writing her name in chalk on the driveway and she did it! In the picture you can see that the 'E' is first, that is because she wrote her name too close to where Josh wrote it so she ran out of room. In the picture you can see the 'E' followed by a sideways 'C' then the 'LAIR' are very clear. After the 'R' is the 'C' that Josh wrote. She is growing up so fast!

Temper tantrums

Well, the terrible two's have begun. Kate is starting to scream and even throw herself on the ground. What is happening to my sweet baby?
