Paper dolls

Claire recieved some "paper" dolls when Kate was born. They are not really paper they are magnetic...really cool. Anyway, she was a little bit too young then and just threw the pieces around so I put them away. Well, last night we were at Grandma and Grandpa W's and they had some new "paper" dolls...Claire loved them. So today I got out the 'Nina Ballerina' paper dolls and she kept herself busy (she makes some crazy outfits). In the picture where she is holding up the doll she said, "She's smiling."

Potty training

Well, we have been working with Claire on her potty training since before Kate was born. She just has no interest in using the big girl potty. However, this week we have used the big girl potty at least one time every day!! She is still not quite there, but she is not fighting us just to sit and she usually has a dry diaper. Wish us luck!! I think we are on our way!!

Building my own snowman

Today Claire was playing in the snow with Daddy. Daddy was building her a snowman and she decided that she wanted to help. So she took the head of the snowman that Josh was rolling in the snow and finished rolling it and then brought it over to him to put on top. What a big girl! She also attempted to "sled" with the next best thing...a piece of a cardboard box.

Sleepy Kate

Kate just couldn't keep her eyes open during breakfast this morning. I think she has the cold that I am getting over, and I was exhausted all weekend.

Playing together

The girls are just starting to be able to play together. Well, mostly Claire plays and lets Kate watch her. Kate is never allowed to touch anything...and at this point she is ok with that.
